Fallen Star Graphic Novel Available on Comixology

Atlantis Studios announced today the release of the Star Runner Chronicles: Fallen Star graphic novel through Comixology, Amazon’s exclusive digital comics site.

This 96-page book contains the first three issues of the popular digital series in one complete volume.  It follows the story of a rebellious teen girl with a mysterious past and unpredictable powers she cannot control. When these powers threaten to expose her, she must uncover the truth behind her origins before it is destroyed forever.

“This book collects Aurora’s entire first adventure.” Explains series creator James Watson, “It’s a great jumping-off point for new readers, introducing the main characters and themes that we will continue to explore throughout the series. Star Runner: Dark Star Issue One Released

Atlantis Studios announced today the release of Star Runner: Dark Star Issue #1, the next chapter in the Star Runner Chronicles digital series.

This series is the direct sequel to the best-selling graphic novel Star Runner: Fallen Star, which tells the story of seventeen-year old Aurora Palmer, a rebellious teen who learns the truth behind her alien origins, and uses her powerful abilities to protect her friends and discover her destiny.

In Issue One, Aurora is hoping to find peace in the halls of Madison High School. Vanguard is studying her parent’s alien technology, and she is learning more about her Star Runner origins. But knowing her past is not as clear as charting the future. When she uncovers an enemy hiding in the darkness of space, she realizes her new world may be threatened by a new and imminent threat!

Dark Star is the second volume of the Star Runner series and will be released digitally and in print over the next six months. The Star Runner Chronicles follows its hero Aurora from the halls of high school, to inner rings of the Galaxy, and ultimately, to her destiny in the stars.

“The new series takes Aurora to a new level of understanding of who she is, and the bigger story that she’s a part of” said series creator James Watson, “It explores concepts from the the original series, but expands Aurora’s world to include new characters – and dangers – she never imagined.”

Atlantis Studios announced today the graphic novel publication of Star Runner Chronicles: Fallen Star. Compiling the first adventures of the popular digital comic, this 96-page book introduces the story of Aurora Palmer, a rebellious teen girl born with strange, unpredictable powers. When these powers expose her, Aurora decides she must uncover the truth for herself, before it’s too late!

Fallen Star is the opening volume of an ambitious five-volume series scheduled for release digitally and in print over the next few years. In the series, Aurora will travel from the halls of high school, to the inner rings of the Galaxy, and ultimately, to her destiny in the stars. Written by screenwriter James Watson, this star-spanning saga showcases top-notch artwork from leading professionals in the industry.

“We’re pleased to release the first chapter to bookstores around the world”, said series creator James Watson, “This first edition boasts 20 pages of extras, including exclusive concept artwork and variant covers not previously published on-line. It’s a great introduction to the series!”

Star Runner: Fallen Star Issue Three Released

Atlantis Studios announced the release of the third issue of its breakout graphic novel series Star Runner Chronicles: Fallen Star. This new episode “Alien” continues the adventures of Aurora Palmer, a rebellious teen girl born with strange, unpredictable powers, pursued by a mysterious government organization who wants to exploit those powers for their own purposes.

“Aurora finds out the truth of her origins in this issue” said creator James Watson, “but knowing the truth forces her to make a choice between keeping her secret or protecting her friends. It’s a pivotal chapter in the series: what she decides will change her life forever.”

Atlantis Studios Releases Animated Trailer for Star Runner Graphic Novel

Atlantis Studios announced today the release of an animated trailer for its graphic novel series Star Runner Chronicles: Fallen Star. The trailer was produced in partnership with Atlanta-based Third Shift Media, and highlights the comics’ action-packed storyline. It showcases artwork from the series, and features the voice talent of actress Jessica Belkin (Just Add Magic, American Horror Story)
